Model School for Visually Handicapped is a premier co-educational boarding school in Dehradun for visually handicapped/ blind/ partially blind children. In Dehradun, Model School for the visually Handicapped founded on 4th January 1959 by the Government of India on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Louis Braille, the inventor of Braille script.
