Colonel Brown Cambridge School was founded in 1926, by Col. William Brown for Indian Boys. This is an English medium residential school open for all boys inattentive of caste, creed, and social status. This school ranked high amongst educational institutions in India and established itself as one of the best CBSE boarding schools in Dehradun. It attracts students not only from India but also across the globe. The School’s guiding principle, encapsulated in the motto ‘MAGNA EST VERITAS,’ serves as a beacon for future generations. Translated from Latin, it signifies ‘TRUTH IS MAGNIFICENT.’

This school attracted attention from various sections of the Indian community. The Colonel Brown Cambridge School works under the ICSE Board of Education.
